I wish we had started the project with Kevin! He stepped in to a new building project at Glenbrook after the original builder went into bankruptcy. The home was about 50% complete, or less. We didn’t know him at the time, or otherwise we would have saved a good deal of heartache and expense. The home we built had quite a lot of detail in terms of finish out, and complicated elements. His team was just exceptional in terms of quality of work and ease of doing business.

Kevin is a “get it done and do it right” kind of guy. He won’t settle for anything less than perfect. He has a good set of sub contractors that he regularly does business with. We have built 5 homes over our lives, in Texas, Lake Tahoe and Hawaii, and our experience with Kevin was the best. He is honest, a good communicator, and a perfectionist.
