The driving force behind Greenwood Homes, Kevin felt it was necessary to build the company on the principles he lived by as community service provider in the fire department.
Greenwood Homes core values are: quality craftsmanship, unsurpassed customer service, and honest upfront client relationships. Kevin has built the Greenwood Construction team with individuals who emulate these qualities, along with their own unique skills.
Kevin’s positive outlook and expansive business connections allow him to simultaneously manage multiple projects in multiple states. His ability to quickly address potential issues adds to the success of Greenwood Homes.

LINDA TOKUNAGA
Beautiful Lake Tahoe has been Linda’s home for 25 years. Linda spent over 20 years in the residential appraisal business and was the owner of Linda Tokunaga Appraisal Service in Incline Village for 12 years. She has also worked as a paralegal for various law firms and was a financial customer service representative for a local bank. Linda’s strongest attributes are working with people and providing a positive experience. Linda’s work and life experiences bring a wealth of knowledge to the table as Office Manager of Greenwood Homes.
Linda’s personal interests are relaxing with family and friends, cooking, walking and playing ping pong.

KATHIE GOLDBERG
Leaving behind a career as a software developer in Silicon Valley, Kathie moved to Lake Tahoe in 1996 and spent 20 years raising her two wonderful children. She has been very involved in community volunteer efforts focusing on supporting the community’s public schools, most notably as the coordinator of the Incline Star Follies.
Kathie’s contributions to the company are her attention to detail and her communication skills, both of which are invaluable assets towards her accounting duties.
Away from the office, Kathie enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling, especially if those travels include visits with her now-grown kids.

ADAM JACKSON
Adam joins the Greenwood Homes team after successfully navigating the Tahoe Construction scene over the last few years. He studied International Business Management at Cal Poly and relocated to Truckee/Lake Tahoe shortly after.
Adam possesses strong leadership, communication, and logistics management skills that he uses to provide the client with a valuable home building experience, helping to create their dream home in the process.
Outside of work, Adam lives in the area to enjoy snowboarding, mountain biking, the beauty of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding area, but most of all adventuring with his dog, Finn.

MATTHEW HANNA
Matthew brings both commercial and residential project management experience to the Greenwood team after working in Dallas Texas on large scale commercial projects along with his past experience in high end custom residential homes.
Matthew was born and raised in Incline Village before heading to the east coast to attend college, where he obtained his Bachelor’s in Economics from Bates College in Lewiston Maine. After College Matthew headed to Dallas Texas where he honed his project management skills before returning to his roots in Lake Tahoe.
Matthew enjoys snow skiing, snowboarding, and snow mobile riding in the winter. Once the weather changes his interests change to warm weather activities, which include mountain biking, boating, hiking, and surfing.

STEPH LINDAHL
With over a decade of experience in luxury residential construction, Steph specializes in delivering high-end projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Her expertise in budget management, schedule forecasting, and quality control has made her an invaluable asset in projects across Park City.
Holding a Business Administration degree with a real estate focus, Steph seamlessly integrates financial expertise with construction know-how. Her portfolio features exceptional homes with luxury amenities, showcasing her commitment to superior craftsmanship and design excellence.

LUDI SALAZAR
Ludi moved to Incline Village in 1990 and attended Incline Schools. She worked for 4 years at Incline Elementary School as a bilingual clerk assisting our Latino community. In 2017 she moved to Sparks and transferred to Roger Corbett Elementary School for a couple of years before changing careers. Ludi accepted a position with a framing company acting as director of operations, which is where she gained her construction knowledge and experience. Her skill set brings a fresh perspective to the team.
When not working, she likes spending time with her family, going to the movies or the beach, and traveling.

NICK NEGRO
Nick comes to Greenwood Homes with experience in underwater construction. He earned an Associate Degree of Science in Marine Diving Technology and worked for the City of Santa Barbara Waterfront Department for 15 years as maintenance foreman and crew supervisor for dive projects on the waterfront.
He moved to the Tahoe area over a year ago to work with a company fabricating and constructing high end steel piers on Lake Tahoe. We are excited that Nick has decided to make a shift in his construction career to join our project management team at Greenwood Homes.
In Nick’s free time he is happiest being outside in nature rafting, surfing, snowboarding, or playing disc golf. He also enjoys hanging out with his friends and playing outside with his dog, Mariah.

JAVIER OSORNIO-RIVERA
Javier has been with Greenwood Homes for over a decade. After several years working on our crew as a talented finish carpenter, he looked to broaden his area of expertise.
Javier is a quick learner and has an eye for details. Since he began his career at Greenwood Homes as a member of the crew, he has quickly gained the respect of his team. As one of our newest superintendents, he enjoys the leadership role as well as driving the build process towards the end result of a beautiful custom home for our clients.
When Javier is not at the job site, he enjoys spending time with family, on road trips, at barbecues, and going to the movies.

SCOTT CHRISTENSEN
Scott is a third generation builder and brings with him 35 years of experience focused on high-end custom homes in the wine country of Northern California. After several months working on our crew, he was quickly moved to his current Superintendent role due to his knowledge of the build process and his demonstrated leadership qualities.
Scott works directly with our clients to make sure every step of the process is moving in the right direction. He is able to focus on, and prioritize, all the details from the start of the project build through to the end.
In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his four energetic kids and his beautiful wife.

CRAIG BATES
Craig has been in the construction industry since 1982. When he was just 14, he started helping his mother, an interior designer, installing blinds, shutters, draperies in Michigan. He started his career in Detroit, Michigan hanging sheetrock and learning the trade.
Over the last 25 years he has perfected his craft building custom mountain homes and specialized in timber framing. Craig has made Tahoe his home for the last 15 years building mountain and lakefront homes. He also enjoys utilizing his drawing skills in the field to problem solve and communicate detailed information to others. He is a great asset to the team as he brings his construction knowledge, a positive attitude and leadership to Greenwood Homes.
When Craig is away from work he enjoys hiking and RV camping with his family. He also finds time to play guitar and draw.

MICHAEL TUCKER
With over 50 years in the home building industry, Tucker’s journey began alongside his father, a general contractor. After a career as a professional baseball player with the San Francisco Giants, Tucker transitioned from honing his skills in the offseason into full-time construction, founding his own company at age 31. His projects, including Los Leandas Ranch, reflect his commitment to integrity and quality.
Guided by the principle “It’s not about being rich; it’s about being enriched,” Tucker dedicates time to his family and community, supporting underprivileged youth through the Angel Foundation.

JOE CURRERI
Joe brings 38 years of construction experience to Greenwood Homes, with experience in all aspects of construction. His ability to coordinate and schedule work-flow with all the various subcontractors while ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship makes him a favorite request for Greenwood Homes repeat clients. Joe’s ability to maintain communication among all parties involved in the building process enables him to deliver high-level projects on time and on budget.
Joe enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting, fishing, and seeing the smile on a clients face when he turns over the keys to their dream home.

ELIJAH PRICE
Elijah grew up on a farm in North Idaho and later attended North Idaho College in Coeur d’Alene while working as a framing carpenter. After earning his associate’s degree he worked in New Zealand with a commercial framing company and returned home in 2020 to work with general contractor Matt Bryan before they both joined us at Greenwood Homes in late 2022.
In 2024, we’re excited to welcome Elijah to the management team, where he will bring valuable field experience. His goal is to leverage his construction background and strengths in team and relationship building to effectively communicate the home-building process to clients, ensuring they achieve the home of their dreams.
Outside of work, Elijah loves the outdoors, spending summers playing beach volleyball and winters skiing and coaching indoor club volleyball. He also enjoys participating in chess club and attending live music concerts whenever possible.

MARCIN WYSZOGRODZKI
Marcin has worked with us for several years as a carpenter helping to build our beautiful homes, and recently has joined our management team as project coordinator for our Hawaii projects. His past work experience has helped him to bring a variety of skills from engineering to mechanical to construction to the team. After leaving Poland he relocated to Texas in 2005 to expand his opportunities. After taking several vacations to Kauai he finally decided to make it his home in 2017.
He has a strong work ethic; his experience brings a valuable perspective to the project management team. He has excellent organizational skills; and has an innate ability to help wherever he is needed. Marcin’s role as team player positively impacts the management of our projects. His goal is to support his team to provide the highest quality product to Greenwood clients.
In his free time, Marcin enjoys surfing the ocean, hiking, and spending time with his family.

SHANNON LAMBERT
Shannon is an Oahu native who spent every childhood summer with family on Kaua‘i. She is an accomplished construction and project management professional specializing in residential roofing, painting, and color design. With more than a decade of leadership experience across Texas, Oregon, and Washington, Shannon has built a strong reputation for her expertise in customer service, strategic planning, and team development.
Shannon combines hands-on technical expertise with business acumen. She is known for her exceptional communication skills, focus on results, and unwavering dedication to teamwork and excellence.
Shannon enjoys traveling with her family and her three children. She loves the snow, but her heart has always belonged to the ocean, and she has long been working toward her dream of returning home to Hawai‘i. Greenwood Homes has opened that door for her.

KELLY DUFF
Kelly has been in the construction industry for over 35 years. Starting off in Southern California, Kelly has called Kauai home since the 1990s. He currently resides on the beautiful north shore.
Kelly brings his experience, quality, and care to the Greenwood team and every project that he is a part of reflects these qualities.
In his free time, Kelly loves to surf, play tennis, and travel the globe.

ROB RYCEWICZ
Rob has spent 22 years working and living on Kauai, with family on the island for over 50 years. He brings 48 years of experience in general construction, primarily in residential projects, having worked on everything from foundation to finish. As a superintendent, Rob is passionate about teaching others and sharing his knowledge. He specializes in fine woodworking, including custom handrails and detailed carpentry work. His extensive experience and dedication to his craft are evident in every project he oversees.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys hard enduro motorcycle riding and hiking—always seeking the next adventure.

JOSH GANNON
Josh has been a resident of Kauai since 2002 and brings 35 years of construction experience to us. He began his journey at the age of 14 as a roofing laborer and has since developed a broad skill set across many trades. Josh’s expertise spans foundation work, framing, finish carpentry, and roofing, making him a well-rounded asset in his current role. His attention to detail, strong visualization, and leadership are key elements that drive success in every project.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys the outdoors—whether it’s fishing on his boat, hunting, or relaxing at the beach. Above all, he treasures spending quality time with his loved ones.

BEN BOURLAND
Ben, born and raised near Houston, Texas, spent several years in Coeur d’Alene before returning to Texas to be close to his family for a time. He is excited to be back in Coeur d’Alene as the Project Manager for the Idaho team. He has his bachelor’s degree in construction science and management from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas and has over 6 years’ experience in the construction industry. His energy, leadership and communication skills make him an important asset to Greenwood Homes.
Ben loves hunting, enjoying the outdoors in beautiful Coeur d’Alene and spending time with his family.

KALEB STOCKTON
Kaleb is a North Idaho native with eight years of experience in custom home construction. As a lead carpenter for several years, Kaleb developed a substantial understanding of the diligence, quality and precision that come with each phase of building custom homes. His strong communication skills, attention to detail and desire to pursue construction in a more administrative role led him to the project management position at Greenwood Homes. Now he strives to run smooth projects from beginning to end, using his on-site experience and passion for excellence to successfully provide beautiful results for our clients.
When not working, Kaleb can be found golfing, fishing and hunting, playing basketball or soaking up the Idaho sunshine at the lake beaches.

Kelly came to Greenwood Homes with almost 13 years of construction management, office administration and customer service experience. Her attention to detail, communication background and passion for organization helps our projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, Kelly moved to the Inland Northwest to attend Whitworth College and has been in the area ever since. When she isn’t busy raising her three children, she loves traveling, reading, and hiking.

Isaac’s passion for construction began at the age of eight, inspired by watching his father build their family home. What started as fascination quickly grew into a career. Isaac worked as a carpenter for eight years, then as a framing foreman for another eight. Through these experiences, Isaac developed a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship that stems from planning, communication and execution in a team atmosphere.
As an Assistant Superintendent at Greenwood Homes, Isaac is driven by the challenge of delivering complex and beautiful projects for our clients. His meticulous attention to detail, vast construction knowledge and natural leadership skills make him an integral part of the Idaho team.
Outside of work, Isaac enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and daughter. Whether it’s fishing, hiking, or wake surfing, he’s always up for an adventure in nature.
