Greenwood Homes Lake Tahoe is a licensed general contractor in California, Nevada, Hawaii, Idaho, and Utah. We have offices in North Lake Tahoe at Incline Village, Nevada, our newest location in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and on the Hawaiian island of Kauai, where we have been building custom homes since 1998.

Our portfolio of completed custom homes speaks for itself. We offer you the flexibility of working with us from the project’s inception or bringing us onboard after you have completed plans. Either way, we will be there with you throughout the entire process to make certain your desires and expectations are met.

We are able to seamlessly accommodate any renovations, tenant improvements, additions or energy efficient upgrades. As your needs change we are your trusted resource to increase the functionality or update the style of any space. We’re experts in providing improvements to existing buildings.
